If you have many applications that you are working on, you may want to organize them in folders.

Click on New Folder to create a folder

Name your folder. It can be anything you want and then click on Save Changes
I named mine, Completed Applications. You now see:

If I click on the pencil:
I can change the name of the folder.

If I want to move an application into the folder:

Click in the check box by #1 and then click on #2 Move Selected to.. . Or click on options and choose #1. If you choose #2, it will be in both places, your dashboard and your folder that you select.

You will now see:

You will now see your folder that you have created in the dropdown.
After choosing your folder, be sure to click on save changes.
Now you will not see your application on the dashboard, it will be in your folder.

If you click on your folder, Completed Applications, this is what you will see:

You can tell you are in the folder and not on your dashboard by the Completed Applications on the top. You can use the application as before, it is just in a folder for your convenience.
