Completing Forms

If you already have applications, click on applications and you will see something like this:

Click on the name of the application.

You will then see the following

Scroll down to see the rest of the forms/form sets or click on the name of the page in the green bar on the left. Fill in the appropriate parts of the form by clicking on the name of the form or the pencil to the left of the name.
